Feb 8 2015 – On creating new habits, etc.

OK, so a full week has passed. Yesterday I posted when I really didn’t want to post anything, just feeling completely unmotivated and physically ill. I got up, and made a little effort. Not the greatest effort, nothing to write home about, but I got it done.

One habit. I’ve spent a week trying to create a positive habit, and now I need to take another step, becoming a person that makes a habit out of making better habits. Might be worth looking into. Maybe there’s a mind set, or a little mnemonic device I can learn to get focused and stay focused on the good habits I’m endeavoring to create.

I’m guessing the next thing I should consider is my exercise regimen. I could stand to create a few better habits there.
