Good morning, and a very happy Monday to you all. Today is 21 April 2025.
Yesterday was Easter. I hope that folks were able to spend valuable time with friends and family.
Saturday was our little celebration, with a little girl wearing an appropriate dress for the holiday, and she found many eggs left by the Easter Bunny in our living room and dining room. It was wet outside due to intermittent rain, so we kept things in the house. It was a great day to have Evie over. She can light up a room.
Today, I have a couple of appointments and some paperwork to get through. I am also going to tackle the layout of my workspace, doing a hard reset on my main standing desk, which I never stand at. I think I mentioned I picked up a new external display. It’s a bit on the big side… 21.5″ diagonal, and I want to get all of my primary tools on the same desk for better access. That means I need to make a plan. I also want to move the other desk that the display is currently resting upon to another part of the sunroom.
So, chats about work today and tomorrow, paperwork followed by research and editing, then a little exam prep. I’ll have a pretty busy week.
Lisa and I might have to pick an NBA team to follow in the playoffs. I like basketball, but I’ve always preferred the college game to the pros.
OK, time to make some coffee and look at the day ahead.
