Good morning, and a very happy Thursday to you all. Today is 20 February 2025.
Yesterday was a good day! I had some really positive interaction with a prospective employer/project lead for an education products company. We’re talking about making some training videos, and things are continuing to move in the right direction. I have to record a training demo for them, and with some new hardware arriving tomorrow and Saturday, I should be in a pretty good place to record with or without a chromakey backdrop – a “green screen”.
Last night I was able to get together with a couple of the guys to talk about our game landscape. We were small on numbers, and all things considered, that was probably a good thing – our virtual tabletop software was not very cooperative, running exceptionally slow.
Today I have some running around to do. I need to drop by the unemployment office to make sure everything is set up right there, and I need to run into Shawnee (a Kansas City suburb) to pick up an order from Lowes.
Other than that, not a whole lot going on. Time to make some coffee and a little breakfast.
