Good morning! It’s Thursday! My arm is sore! Today is 5 December 2024.
Yesterday was pretty uneventful. I attended class until about 2:00 PM, changed my shirt, and headed into the doctor’s office. We talked about my medications and took a look at my blood pressure… which has been a little elevated. The decision was made to put me on additional high blood pressure medication to try and dial my BP back down a little bit.
Last night we tried to game but there was a technical glitch with rendering the maps, so we packed it in a little early. I returned to the living room to watch Kansas lose their first game of the season to Creighton, a school in Omaha. It was the first time Creighton’s coach has beaten Kansas in ten tries across two schools, as Greg McDermott spend a few years coaching Iowa State before moving across the state line to Creighton.
Today is another classroom day, and I have some forms to fill out for sessions I’ll host for other trainers.
Oh… my arm…. when I went to the doctor’s office, they asked if I wanted a flu shot and my second shingles shot. Both in the left arm. I slept on my right side last night.
