I’m co-delivering a course this week, so that kicks the intensity level down a shot. I’ve also got some important meetings to attend later in the afternoons.
In the meantime, hydrate and stick to the plan. I also need to put together a decent meal plan for our anniversary. There will be steak involved… possible Wagyu filet mignon if I can find it.
