It’s driving me up the wall.
When it’s not working, it’s my fault. I have to fix it, and I know people rely on it. I just get frustrated with my lack of reliable connectivity.

I wanted to talk about having your facts straight when you engage in debates with people. Differentiate between fact-based discussion and emotional discussion. It’s hard to argue with emotions, becuase people own their feelings. It’s hard to change a feeling. But the facts should be immutable. Numbers, quotes, video, records are facts. Try to stick with that. Research gets into a weird space, because people can do research to back up a particular position then mic drop and walk away. Trust me, I know this, as an old friend of mine who had blocked me (I think he’s kind of lost it over the years) unblocked me, threw what he thought was a truth grenade into a discussion, claimed victory, then walked away and blocked me again.
