Hey gang! I’m back, writing another entry in what we call a “blog”. I’ve got the TV going on some historical entertainment TV explaining the way the ancient Romans lived, and my wife, your Gramma Lisa, is asleep in a chair with two small furballs curled up with her on the leg rest.
We started the college basketball season a little early this year, with a scrimmage between the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri. They held it at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, and we signed up for the pay-per-view broadcast and had a few friends over to watch. KU won, and there is a reasonable possibility that KU will win the conference again this year.
We have a tendency to look forward to the college basketball season around here… usually do to the disappointment of KU football – this year is one of those years when basketball season can’t get here soon enough.
I’m not sure what the world is going to be like when you guys are growing up. I’m hoping we haven’t blown everything up and completely destroyed the environment, but I do hope you still have a few sports you can enjoy watching.

Peace y’all!
