Hi kids, old fat grampa guy here to write his nightly blog.
Tonight, I’m at a bit of a loss for words, but somehow, someway, I’m going to crank out a couple of hundred words that might (no guarantees) be worth reading.
Nah!
Seriously, though, we’ve had a good night around here. Gracie went up to school for awhile tonight, Dane had marching band over at Lawrence High. During the week, I personally don’t hear too much from Bonnie… she usually comes by on the weekends, and she does get together with Gramma Lisa for lunch during the week, especially on Thursdays.
Brings about the question… is it Gramma Lisa? Gramma Dr. Lisa? Gramma Professor Dr. Lisa? I wonder if there is a specific title I need to use in this circumstance and whether the AP stylebook has a little insight.
I often use the word “seriously” or “but seriously”… and then I write something or say something that is likely less than serious.
I guess that makes me a hypocrite, or misleading, or one of any number of descriptors that succeed or fail in describing some aspect of my life.
