Day 19,688

OK.

So, we’re a little more than 7 months into Donnie Two Scoops administration.

In regard to North Korea,  we are threatening nuclear war, which could lead to thousands, tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of Korean lives. Don’t sweat it, America. There’s really no chance that a Korean ICBM is going to reach the mainland US and do any substantial damage.

There is a chance a buttload of conventional artillery could be unloaded from hidden locations into the Korean peninsula, however, resulting in the deaths of a whole lot of Koreans.

Don’t worry, Donnie… they don’t look like your base.

Oh… your base… that reminds me.

Today in Charlottesville, VA, a group of white nationalists, organized as “Unite the Right”… I’d rather call them out for being the Nazi scum that they are, decided to protest the removal of a Robert E. Lee statue. Remember, Robert E. Lee fought against the United States of America and betrayed his country so that southern states could enslave their fellow man for profit.

Locals voted to remove.

For my children, my grandchildren, my great grandchildren, hear me now. Make no room in your hearts for bigotry, racism, and hatred of your fellow man. My wife and I did not raise our children to believe such things. There is racism in our family history. Long-dead ancestors did enslave other people. human beings that deserved the same right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as anyone else.

Moving forward, we must be on the right side of history in this. We choose to accept all, regardless of race, creed, or color. All faiths, all manner of identity.

I love you. I love you for who you are on the inside. If you are my direct line, know that I embrace you across the years and generations that separate us. You are my blood, and my soul. I watch over, and hopefully help the little miracles along that make a difference in your life.

Love you. Go hug your family.

Peace y’all.
