Day 19, 682

Can’t stay up too late, I have to get up early in the morning and get ready to teach Exchange 2016 for five days this week.

Exchange is one of my old, reliables. I’ve been teaching Microsoft messaging systems since the Microsoft Mail 3.2 days. I enjoy it, and I am very comfortable with the content and the software. I don’t know every last detail about it, but I figure I know as much if not more than 99% of the people out there claiming to be Exchange experts.

Remember, you aren’t an expert until you’re from out of state.

I think Exchange 2013 is one of the few versions of Exchange that I haven’t collaborated on with a book title, either as a technical writer or technical editor. I did the book with David Elfassy a couple years back on Exchange 2013. I helped out Joel Stidly with a book he wrote on Exchange 2010 or 2007 a few years back as well.

I might go back and take a look at it. To be honest, I don’t get out there and talk about this book or that book all that often. I probably should do a better job blowing my own horn, but it’s just going to be about drawing attention to myslef or looking like a braggart. Not my style, really.
